Trash & Recycling
HOA Members receive preferred pricing with Waste Management. Please have your carts out by 7am each Tuesday. Recycling occurs every other week.
ACC Requests
Any exterior project requires ACC approval. For example, fence work, window replacement, exterior paint, landscape modification, auxiliary structures (shed, pergola, etc.) all require ACC approval.
