Trash & Recycling Program
CKSII offers an optional trash and recycling service for HOA members through Waste Management. Service occurs every Tuesday, with recycling pickup every other week. To enroll or renew, please contact our HOA property manager.

Buying & Selling Information
CKSII comprises four sections, each with specific membership requirements:
Sections 1, 2, and 3: Mandatory HOA membership with associated assessments.
Section 4: Voluntary HOA membership.

Membership Information
Annual HOA dues (2026) are $142.00/year + the Waste Management trash service fee (2026) of $212.00/year. The combination of both costs total $354.00/year. Payments are due by January 1st each year. Members can pay via mail or through the Keystone Pacific Property Management portal.
