CKSII is a clean, quiet, and friendly community consisting of 531 single-family homes located in the southwest corner of the Denver metropolitan area. It is located between Wadsworth Blvd., Carr St., W. Chatfield Ave. and W. Morraine Drive.

CKSII has an active Homeowners’ Association and is a covenant-enforced community. A large greenbelt area runs through the middle of the community, which provides a safe environment for everyone. Within the greenbelt are baseball, soccer, basketball, tennis, pickleball, and playground areas. A fully paved “trail” runs through the neighborhood, enjoyed year-round by joggers and walkers.

Our children attend Coronado Elementary School, a Jeffco Gifted & Talented Center School, which is accessible to the community without crossing any major streets. The majority of middle school students attend either Falcon Bluffs or Ken Caryl and most high school students attend either Chatfield or Columbine.

We are located near major shopping, dining, parks, trails, Chatfield State Park, Waterton Canyon and Roxborough State Park. We have convenient access to C470 and Mineral Light Rail Station, and some of the finest ski resorts in the world are a short drive away.
