Membership Information
Columbine Knolls South II (CKSII) is a covenant-controlled community managed by the CKSII Homeowners’ Association (HOA). Membership in the HOA helps maintain the quality and value of our neighborhood through community services, covenant enforcement, and resident engagement.
Membership Enrollment
Returning Members
If you’re an existing HOA member, there’s no need to contact us. You’ll automatically receive a billing statement for the new year. Payments can be made via mail or online:

Annual Dues
HOA dues (2026) are $142.00/year + the Waste Management trash service fee (2026) of $212.00/year. The combination of both costs total $354.00/year and are billed at the beginning of each calendar year. Fees are subject to change each year.
Membership Requirements
All new homeowners are purchasing a property within a community governed by an HOA and are legally required to enroll in HOA membership.
