The homeowners association sponsors a trash pickup program as a wonderful value to our community. The service includes weekly trash removal and recycling removal every other week. The trash program also includes an annual large item pickup at no additional charge to HOA members.

*Starting November 11, 2024 Tuesday is the CKSII trash/recycling pick up day; however, when Waste Management has a holiday noted on Monday or Tuesday, or due to inclement weather causes a delay, our pick-up day moves to Wednesday.

From time-to-time circumstances beyond our control cause trash service to be delayed. Typically when trash is delayed, the pickup will happen the following day, on Thursday. In some instances when service is delayed multiple days or during a holiday week, trash service can be cancelled for the week.
The HOA property manager will send a broadcast email to all members when we are notified by WM. Please remember to check your spam or junk folder, as the email may end up there.
If you have not provided your email address to Keystone Denver Property Management, please send it to our HOA property manager to ensure we can communicate with you.
Service/Weather Delay (From WM):
Current residents, please contact our HOA property manager to sign up for this valuable service and to coordinate payment based on the CKSII HOA Membership Information. The HOA handles all the payments to the trash service provider. You will not receive any bill from the trash service provider.
Current members, remember to renew your membership and pay your annual HOA Dues and the optional annual Trash Service Fee to keep your trash service active. Renewal statements are mailed in early December for the following year's annual dues/assessments and payment is due each year on January 1st. Please contact the HOA property manager if you have any questions about this.
New residents, if the previous homeowner subscribed to trash service for the entire year through the HOA Waste Management trash program, you can take over their trash service through the remainder of the year and work out with them the prorated trash fee they should be getting from you at closing. Prorated HOA dues will also be in your settlement from your close date to the end of the year. In the event you are purchasing your home from a homeowner who did not subscribe to trash service through the HOA, it's easy to sign up – please contact our
